Abstract
A preliminary survey of the aquatic fungi of Teton County, Wyoming in 1959 yielded records of several members of the Saprolegniales and a few species of the Peronosporales and Leptomitales. Some of these species had been previously reported from the Medicine Bow Mountains by Baxter and Solheim. In addition, the 1959 survey included records of nine species of aquatic hyphomycetes. These were the first records of these species from the Rocky Mountain region. They were published in Mycologia in 1960. Project Number 101.
