JOERHE : Seeking Peer Reviewers

2022-05-04

The Journal of Open Educational Resources in Higher Education (JOERHE) is looking for peer reviewers! We are looking for individuals willing to participate in an open peer review process who specialize in topics related to Open Educational Resources, Open Access, Open Data, or anything Open within Higher Education in the United States and Canada.

At JOERHE we understand that the peer review process requires a significant amount of labor that often goes unrecognized. Through our open peer review process, all reviewers retain copyright over their open peer reviews and those reviews will be published alongside the article. At JOERHE, we are working to build a community that supports and encourages the growth of the profession through kindness and transparency.

If you are interested in peer reviewing for JOERHE, please register as a reviewer on the JOERHE website by May 31st.

Instructions: To register with the journal, visit the journal homepage and click the Register link in the upper right corner. This will open the Registration Form for you to complete with all required information. Under the “Consent” portion of the form, please check the box that reads, “Yes, I would like to be contacted with requests to review submissions to this journal.”  Enter at least 5 keywords in “Reviewing Interests” that indicate your subject specialty so that we can best match you with the appropriate submission for review. Please also take some time to fill out your user profile.

Video instructions on how to register with our journal can be found here: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/learning-ojs/en/user-accounts#registering-with-a-journal
